SPANISH CLUB
Spanish club will be holding its first Informational Meeting on Wednesday , September 15, during lunch in D-202, SeƱora Rapozo's Room. The Spanish Club offers students the opportunity to interact with each other while enjoying a variety of fun activities. It is open to all students interested in the Hispanic Culture. We welcome new members and their ideas! Students need not be taking Spanish in order to join.



SENIORS
COUNSELING DEPT's ANNUAL SENIOR CLASSROOM COLLEGE & CAREER PLANNING PRESENTATIONS
The Counselors have scheduled their Senior Class Presentations on College and Career Planning through the Senior Social Studies Classes. Seniors without a Senior Social Studies Class Should schedule themselves to sit in on one of the following presentations:
Wednesday September 15
Ms. Pavao's period 1 Mrs. Gonsalves
Thursday September 16
Ms. Farina's period 2 and 6 Mrs. Keawe
Friday September 17

Ms. Asher's period 1 and 3 Ms. ChristensenMs. Asher's period 4 and 5 Mrs. Okamoto.
CAP & GOWN & CLASS RING ORDERING DAY
Seniors! Cap & Gown ordering day is on Tuesday, Sept. 21st during lunch in the SAC room. That's next week Tuesday, don't forget. If you did not get an informational graduation packet, you may get one at the SAC room. Make sure you bring in a deposit of $60.00 to place your order. Seniors may also order a class ring if you did not order one last year. If you are interested, please see Mrs. Watanabe for more details.


FRESHMEN, SOPHOMORES & JUNIORS
PSAT SIGN-UPS
This test is offered once a year and is open to Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors. Juniors, we recommend that those of you thinking of attending a four year college take it as preparation for your first SAT given in the spring. Juniors interested in applying for National Merit Scholarships need to take the PSAT to qualify.

During non classroom time in the Counselor's Office, A-22
Seating is limited, so it is on a first come first served.
Fee: $14.
Cash or Checks payable to Kapaa High School accepted. Write your teen's name on the memo.
Registrants will receive a PSAT Prep Booklet/Study Guide.
