TUTORING is back. The tutors will be in P160 during lunch and after school. AFTER SCHOOL 2:30-3:30 PM.
During August: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Starting in September: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday The tutors have decided to stay in P160 rather than move to i102.
Its that time of the year again and 3 (9th grade) girls and 1 adult chaperone from Ishigaki, Okinawa will be on campus from Wednesday afernoon.(8/17) Thanking you in advance for welcoming them into your classroom while they shadow their host students, Keanne Kelekoma, Alison Yamamoto and Mary Walker. Every year the winners of the English speech contest cannot wait to be chosen to come to Kapa'a High School. Continue to show them how "SPECIAL" we are.

Callling all former/present members of the Japanese classes and club. Mahelona Hospital is hosting the last bon dance of the season for its senior patients and the public is invited. Japanese club members/classes are asked to help with the wheelchair patients. Be there at 6 pm on Thursday (8/18) Also,come and dance with our visting students from Ishigaki, Okinawa .

ALL STUDENTS:
Starting Monday, all bus riding students are required to show their bus passes. Students who turned in their application and payment may pick up a bus pass the next day at the Front Office during morning, recess and lunch. Please do not come after school if you do not have time to wait, as it takes time to process. Thank you.

Students that need or lost their school ID card may purchase a card at the main office during morning and lunch recess, cost is $5.00 ­(NO SCHOOL ID-NO LUNCH). SORRY

Students that did not take an ID picture you need to come to the office during morning recess to have your ID picture taken.
Students if you have purchased a school ID it’s ready to be picked up at the main office. THANK YOU

National Honor Society Members;
Welcome back from break! There will be a general meeting this Wednesday, August 17, 2011 @ 11:35 AM. Please be prompt and bring your own lunch. We will be deciding on our t-shirt colors, collect your $10 in dues and $10 for t-shirts (so bring $20 for both). We will also be discussing our 1st quarter service project. See you there!

Spanish Club will be holding it's first meeting on Thursday at lunch in D205 in Senora Verzosa's room. Please join us and make this year one of great club pride and involvement!!

JAPANESE CLUB
Come & join the Japanese Class. Do not need to speak the language.Pick up and return application form to D-203. $10 for dues & $10 for club T-shirt (total is $20) and 2 food canned or boxed food items. Turn in all items one time.
