This Scholarship Pageant which the winner will receive a $1,000 college scholarship and be the Queen of the Veteran's Day Parade. Kapaa High School's PSAT (Preliminary SAT test) is scheduled for Saturday, October 16 from 8:00 am - 11:15 am. It is scheduled only once a year and by chance it falls on our Homecoming Day. Therefore, it is especially important for everyone to come on time so we can finish on time and be ready for Homecoming. The PSAT is open to Juniors, Sophomores and Freshmen. The cost is $14. You will receive a PSAT Prep Booklet/Study Guide to help you with your preparation. Sign ups will begin on Monday, September 13 during non classroom time in the Counselor's Office. Seating is limited so it is on a first come first served. We highly recommend our Juniors who are thinking of attending a four year college to sign up, in order to have you even better prepared to take your first SAT's during the Spring Semester.
