Cadet Joe Blair earned a 15th place medal in the O’Grady Armed individual competition with over 200 cadets competing. The Unarmed Regulation, Quad Exhibition, and Color Guard teams also participated. The following drill team cadets represented Kapaa High School: Reggie Acoba, Justin Apilado, Joe Blair, Joanna Chang, Arjay Fernandez, Ayisha Flores, CJ Jarquio, Kleiff Pascual, Travis Peralta, JR Quilos, and Jackie Tacsiat. After the competition, the cadets were able to take a tour of Pearl Harbor, visit the USS Arizona Memorial, skate at the Ice Palace, shop at the Pearl Ridge Shopping Mall, and tour other scenic areas of Oahu.
